The MES-U vertical five-axis machining center is suitable for multi-surface machining of complex parts, combined turning, milling, and grinding, and five-axis linkage machining. It has the ability to complete all machining with a single clamping. The rotary axis AC is not superimposed on the linear axis, avoiding the influence of the linear axis accuracy, thereby achieving higher rotary axis accuracy requirements; it is equipped with a direct-drive transmission for the C-axis rotary axis, equipped with a high-precision encoder, with high transmission accuracy, high speed, and no mechanical friction and wear, thus achieving more durable machining accuracy.
