The Italian blade milling machine features a compact, clean, and aesthetically pleasing structure with a small footprint. A high-torque motor synchronously drives the rotary table, combined with swing head machining, to improve cutting efficiency. During processing, as the table rotates, the machining chips fall onto the chip conveyor, carrying away a large amount of cutting heat and preventing chip accumulation and thin-walled workpiece deformation. It is mainly used for machining blades, core components of equipment such as steam turbines, aero-engines, blowers, and axial flow compressors.
