The launch of the OHS-G Gantry-type Machining Center series primarily targets the precision machining of medium to large-sized parts, representing a comprehensive upgrade to the performance of the C-type large gantry.
All three axes utilize ultra-heavy-duty roller linear guides from the renowned Taiwanese manufacturer HIWIN, significantly enhancing guide rigidity and heavy cutting capabilities while ensuring
high agility, high precision, low friction, and low creep during machine bed movement.Combined with HIWIN high-precision C3-class ball screws, the overall positioning accuracy stability of the machine tool is greatly improved.
The OZ axis boldly adopts ultra-heavy-duty roller linear guides, combining high rigidity with excellent high-speed precision performance. Z-axis backlash is significantly reduced, and the overall Z-axis
divisional precision is improved by over 50% compared to plastic guides, eliminating the need for periodic adjustment of the Z-axis movement gap.The HS-G series boasts excellent structural characteristics. The bed components are made of HT300 integral casting for structural stability.
The gantry beam and column are integrally cast, reducing the typical seven major components of a gantry to five, minimizing cumulative errors during assembly and enhancing the gantry's
overall rigidity and stability of the crucial frame structure.The beam guide (Y-axis) uses a 90-degree orthogonal mounting method. Compared to the traditional gantry's same-direction mounting method, this approach, with the same beam size, results in more reasonable force distribution on the guide.
