The HS-V series spindle adopts a 160 large-diameter, high-rigidity, short-nose type, increasing the rigidity for powerful cutting.
The spindle box and guideway contact surface have a long span design with three reinforcing ribs on the left and right, and the Z-axis uses a six-roller block design, fully increasing cutting rigidity.
The linear guideway uses a heavy-duty 45-roller linear guideway from the famous German manufacturer INA, combined with a PMI double-nut ball screw, and combined with Hasuo Precision Machinery's advanced assembly technology, making the HS-V series machine tools not only have powerful cutting performance, but also effectively improve the overall accuracy of the machine tool.
The machine tool positioning accuracy and repeatability reach the standard of precision machining centers.
